Ans: We use imported CECA molecular sieve from France, and the lifespan is more than 10,000 hours.
2.What is the purity of your oxygen concentrator? And how can we identify?
Ans: Our machine is with low oxygen concentration alarm, which ensures that you breathe is qualified medical oxygen.
When the purity is more than 82%, the purity light is green.
When the purity is in the range of 65% to 82%, the purity light is yellow, the alarm sound.
When the purity is below 65 %, the purity light is red, and the alarm will sound, LCD display shows”low purity”.
3.What is the oxygen flow of your machine?
Ans: For 3L machine,the flow is 0-3L/min.And for 5L machine,the flow is 0-5L/min.
4. How long is for the warranty period of the machine?
Ans: 1 year, or 5,000 hours, which comes earlier.
5. What is the sound level of your machine?
Ans: We adopt multilayer noise design, and the sound level is less than 45dB.

আমরা বিশ্বাস করি, বড় কোনো দুর্ঘটনা না হলে এই প্রডাক্টটির কিছু হবেনা, এবং কোনো রকম ঝামেলা ছাড়াই ব্যাবহার করা যাবে। “অলিভ ৫” এই প্রডাক্টটির সাথে শুধু মাত্র সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি রয়েছে । সেক্ষেত্রে কোনো ধরনের গ্যারান্টি দেওয়া হচ্ছে না। সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি মানে হলো, আপনার ক্রয়ের তারিখ হতে পরবর্তী ২ বছরে কোনো সমস্যা সৃষ্টি হলে আমাদের কম্পানি সেটা দেখবে তবে কোনো ধরনের যন্ত্রাংশ নষ্ট হয়ে গেলে সেটার মূল্য গ্রাহক বহন করবে এবং প্রডাক্ট সম্পর্কিত সকল সার্ভিসিং এর কাজ করা হবে যদি নিচের শর্ত সমূহের মিল থাকে।

ওয়ারেরন্টি পাওয়ার শর্ত সমূহঃ

• অক্ষত ও পূর্বে কারো দ্বারা মেশিন খোলানো না হলে।
• আগুনে পুরে না গেলে।
• ভেঙ্গে না গেলে।
• উপর থেকে নিচে পরে যাওয়া কিংবা বড় কোনো আঘাতের ফলে প্রডাক্টের ভেতর অথবা বাহিরের কোনো যন্ত্রাংশের ক্ষতি না হলে।
• ভোল্টেজ আপ-ডাউন কিংবা শর্ট সার্কিট না হলে।
• নির্দিষ্ট মেনুয়াল মেনে ব্যাবহারের ফলে কোনো ধরনের সমস্যা সৃষ্টি হলে।

বিঃদ্রঃ ভুল ব্যাবহার কিংবা অসাবধানতার ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে যদি কোনো যন্ত্রাংশ নষ্ট কিংবা ভেঙ্গে যায় , সে ক্ষেত্রে (ফ্রি) সার্ভিস ওয়ারেণ্টির আওতাভুক্ত হবে না।
